- Click on the blue link pinned to the dock.
- Wait for it to open.
- It will appear four buttons, one orange and three blue. Click in Schedule blue button.
- In Topic write the topic of the meeting.
- In Date choose the date, starting and ending time of the meeting.
- In Meeting ID choose Generate Automatically.
- In Password do not check the box.
- In Video choose on for Host and Participants.
- In Audio choose Telephone and Computer Audio.
- In Calendars choose Other Calendars.
- Click in the Schedule blue button.
- Click in Copy Invitation blue button.
- Click in Close.
- Paste in the email and send to the meeting attendees.
