How to schedule a Zoom meeting

  • Click on the blue link pinned to the dock.

  • Wait for it to open.

  • It will appear four buttons, one orange and three blue. Click in Schedule blue button.

  • In Topic write the topic of the meeting.

  • In Date choose the date, starting and ending time of the meeting.

  • In Meeting ID choose Generate Automatically.

  • In Password do not check the box.

  • In Video choose on for Host and Participants.

  • In Audio choose Telephone and Computer Audio.

  • In Calendars choose Other Calendars.

  • Click in the Schedule blue button.

  • Click in Copy Invitation blue button.

  • Click in Close.

  • Paste in the email and send to the meeting attendees.
